Administered by: Sch Public Health,Trop Medicine&Rehabilitation Sc

Enrolment in this subject is restricted to students enrolled in the Bachelor of Speech Pathology.

In this subject students will work in small groups to address a clinical project. This project may be a service development plan, a quality activity or result in a website development for communication or swallowing (eg applying EBP to a specific field). It is expected that the focus will be on rural, remote and Indigenous speech pathology services in northern Australia. An intercultural experience may be an option in this subject. This Study Period, the students will select a project with a different primary focus to that undertaken in Professional Project A (ie if they undertook a service development plan in Study Period 1, they will undertake a quality activity or EBP web site development in Study Period 2).
