Learning Outcomes
- develop a detailed knowledge and understanding of the principles of the law of contract in Australia;
- develop a general knowledge and understanding of some of the theories and concepts that underpin the law of contract;
- reflect upon the values and assumptions inherent in the law of contract, and the impact/implications of that law on the social and economic life of Australians;
- apply your knowledge and understanding to solve problems and to respond to a range of authentic legal scenarios;
- critically analyse the law of contract and research primary and secondary resources relevant to the law of contract.
