Available to students enrolled in the Doctor of Clinical Dentistry course only or by permission of Head of School.

The research component of the professional doctorate will consist of a literature review and clinically oriented research in a specific area of specialist dentistry culminating in a substantial dissertation. The presentation of the Doctor of Clinical Dentistry thesis may follow a similar style to the PhD thesis, however published work may also contribute partly or wholly to this dissertation.
