Available to Information Technology undergraduate students. It is highly recommended that students take CP3046 in the second last teaching period or trimester of study.

This subject will introduce the various approaches to and professional best practice for IT project management. Student will work on an IT project using agile methodologies as a basis for further development in CP3047. Students are encouraged to select a project from industry, the local community, or the university research community. Projects will be developed in teams to provide team management and interpersonal communication skills in a professional context. It is highly recommended that students select appropriate subjects (marketing, web development, game development etc) prior to this subject to enhance the project outcomes in the area in which they wish to pursue a project (and a future career).
