Year: 2012

Administered by: School of Business

In turbulent times the management of change becomes a critical task for organisational leaders. It may be that successfully managing change is the key competitive advantage for businesses today. Yet, research shows that most change efforts fail. The challenges of globalisation, new technologies, industry restructuring, increased public scrutiny, and other pressures on today's businesses require change skills throughout the organisation. In this subject, we will explore the ideas of learning organisations and systems thinking as tools for coping with uncertainty and organisational transformation.
