This subject develops research strategies and methodological skills and analyses relevant to business. Topics considered include case studies, survey methodology, questionnaire construction, field work techniques, simulation methods, behavioural mapping and index construction.
Learning Outcomes
- develop awareness of research as a process;
- develop knowledge of a variety of research methods;
- develop student understanding of the philosophy of research;
- enable students to structure an individually generated research proposal pertaining to The School of Business.
