Students will be introduced to the essential knowledge and abilities they need to engage actively and effectively as an academic learner. Participation in the subject includes developing personal study skills and academic writing techniques. Please note students based on Thursday Island must enrol in the Thursday Island Limited Mode and those based in Mt Isa/Cloncurry in the Mt Isa Limited mode.
