Available to students who have been awarded a Bachelor of Veterinary Science degree from James Cook University within 5 years of proposed enrolment.

This subject is the first of two subjects (the other being TV5102) that in combination constitute the full-time honours in the Discipline of Veterinary Science. The subject consists of research undertaken for preparation of a thesis and seminars which accompany the research process. Students will be able to choose a research project from veterinary sciences, clinical veterinary science and veterinary practice offered in the discipline. All projects are subject to approval by the honours coordinator of the Veterinary Science Discipline.
