Practicum experience in a variety of sport & exercise settings that may including individual exercise prescription, sport association/club activities, sports academies/institutes, community events and research activities.
Learning Outcomes
- to enable students to develop communication and interpersonal skills;
- to enhance the students capacity to construct, implement and evaluate programs appropriate to sport and exercise science;
- to provide students with an opportunity to develop effective assessment, programming and management skills;
- to provide students with experience in the workplace in the area of health and fitness;
- to conduct and evaluate rist assessments.
