This subject introduces students to a range of principles, terminology, and technologies used for digital imaging and manipulation. Areas to be examined will include the use of computer hardware and peripherals such as scanners and mass storage devices and the operation of software used for digital image manipulation.

    Special Assessment Requirements:In order to establish the authenticity of work submitted for assessment, attendance at practical classes is compulsory. Rolls are kept and work submitted by students with an attendance of less than 80% will not be eligible for assessment unless prior approval has been obtained in writing from your lecturer.
