Available to final year Bachelor of Laws and combined degree Bachelor of Laws students.
Available as part of the Honours program to level 4 students with a GPA of at least 5, who anticipate applying for an Australian Postgraduate Award. Students will be required to undertake this subject together with LA4048:03 Research Dissertation B and complete a substantial piece of independent research, under the supervision of an appointed supervisor. The length of the dissertation is 18,000-20,000 words. The conditions are fully set out in the Honours guidelines of the School of Law.
