The purpose of this subject is firstly for participants to design, conduct and evaluate a substantial research project on enhancing professional practice with a view to publication or presentation. The subject builds on ED5304. Secondly, the subject encourages national and international networking with colleagues within the specific area of teaching and learning interest. The research topic and plan will be negotiated with the course convenor. Assessment in this subject, as for all subjects in the Graduate Certificate of Education, will be graded as satisfactory or unsatisfactory.
