The thesis for the professional doctorate will consist of a practically oriented research and/or development work in a specific area of public health, culminating in a substantial dissertation. The presentation of the Doctor of Public Health thesis may follow similar style to a PhD thesis, however published work may also contribute partly or wholly to this dissertation.
Learning Outcomes
- complete substantial advanced research and/or development work in the students area of specialisation;
- present a thesis report of project work at an acceptable level.
