Individually selected topic approved by the Head of School and agreed to by the nominated supervisor.The Politics Honours Thesis provides an opportunity for students to complete an original piece of research on a topic selected in consultation with the nominated supervisor and approved by the Head of School. It involves regular meetings with a research supervisor(s). The thesis will be 12,000-15,000 words.
Learning Outcomes
- achieve a professional level of expertise in a selected area of politics;
- develop research and writing skills required to complete a substantial independent research project in the political science discipline.
