Under supervision from a professor in the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Nutrition and a senior clinician or health service manager, students will facilitate a group of clinicians in practice development work and write up the results for publication.
Learning Outcomes
- have acquired skills to facilitate and manage change with a group of clinicians;
- be able to take and report a systematic approach to change and evaluate the outcomes.
