This subject will focus on equipping students with the analytical skills necessary to deal with conflict and dispute situations. Students will undertake critical analysis of a range of conflict and dispute situations in order to develop a deeper level of understanding of the processes of conflict analysis and the selection of appropriate conflict interventions and management strategies.
