This subject provides an overview of law in Greater China, concentrating on how the law develops and how legal systems work in that area of the world. The main focus is on the laws and legal system of mainland China but the subject also covers the laws and legal systems of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan and on the interplay between, in particular, mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao.
