Law of partnership, corporation as a separate entity, law of corporate governance, corporate liability.
Learning Outcomes
- to guide students in an exploration of partnership and corporations law;
- to enable students to debate the implications of partnership law and of corporations law on the social and economic life of Australia;
- to enable students to apply partnership law and corporations law to examine and assess a set of facts.
