This subject explores a range of teaching and learning approaches for improving student learning outcomes. These include problem-based learning, work integrated learning, reflective practice and resource-based learning in contemporary face-to-face and flexible learning environments. A focus is on student-centred learning in response to changing institutional contexts. Assessment in this subject, as for all subjects in the Graduate Certificate of Education, will be graded as satisfactory or unsatisfactory.
