The focus of this subject will be the implementation of critically reflective practice in developing effective pedagogies. Students will explore a range of professional practices, identified as productive pedagogies and investigate topics of particular professional and personal significance. Implementing an inquiry approach, this subject will involve a range of adult learning modes and contexts, which may include face-to-face or electronic lectures and tutorials; critical reflections; discussions; and collaborative and independent work. Students are required to undertake five (5) days of professional experience. Students enrolled in the RATEP program are required to undertake fifteen (15) days of professional experience.
