Available to Computer Science/Information Technology postgraduate students only with the permission of the program coordinator. It is highly recommended that students take CP5046 and CP5047 in the final two teaching periods or trimesters of study.
This subject is the second half of a minor project in Computer Science/Information Technology to be carried out under the supervision of one or more staff members. This second half of the project will require the detailed design and implementation of the solution to a problem formulated in CP5046 and the verification and evaluation of the results. A complete account of the work done must be submitted in the final report, which should include a critical appraisal of the objective, techniques and results of the project and presented as a seminar.

- produce a substantial piece of technical writing in the form of a thesis or report and in a seminar.
