Emphasis will be on: consumption and investment decision under certainty; valuation of corporate securities; capital budgeting under certainty and uncertainty; concept of risk; portfolio theory; capital asset pricing theory; cost of capital; corporate capital structure decision; dividend decision and policy and options and coporate finance.
