Available to all students who have passed CI1001 or who have an equivalent knowledge of Chinese.
General Chinese language appropriate to the objectives outlined below.
Learning Outcomes
- to take students to a level of minimum creative proficiency (approximately 1- on the ISLPR scale);
- to write and talk about everyday pursuits and past and future activities;
- to perform tasks such as discussing their health, accommodation, and the cultures of Chinese-speaking societies;
- to read simple authentic texts.
