International business competes within a dynamic, strategic and global arena. The international business environment is always subject to change, as is the immediate business sphere. Business components including e-Business, e-Commerce, Services, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, HR, Politics, Law, Trade are also often subject to incremental or disruptive changes. The customer is yet another component to consider. Understanding this complex ingredient mix sets the framework for international success. A plan for strategic international business expansion is developed.
