Many businesses today and into the future will do business on a trans national basis. This subject aims to give participants a strong introduction into cultures, with an emphasis on the Asian nations, it also aims to identify and analyse the key factors in cross-cultural managing and negotiating. The subject will use the theme of 'doing business in China' as a focus. The subject will use real life examples of successful business ventures in China with a clear emphasis on the people issues involved in such undertakings.
