  • 40 hours workshops/Seminars - Legal Ethics: This component will run for six weeks of the semester. Weeks 1, 3, 5, 7, 11 and 12. In Townsville the class will be split into two groups. Group 1 will run on Mondays from 9 - 1pm; and Group 2 will run on Tuesdays from 9 - 1pm. Trust Accounts: This component of the subject will be taught over two full days on the following dates: Dates: Saturday 2nd May; and Saturday 16 May. Time: 9 - 5pm
    Assessment:end of semester exam (50%); (50%).
    Special Assessment Requirements:Students must pass both the Legal Ethics component and the Trust Accounts component to receive an overall pass in the subject.
