Land Law 2 involves a study of the concepts of rights and interests within the Torrens system, how conflicting claims may be adjusted, and the law regarding mortgages, leases and easements. This involves an examination of the Property Law Act (1974 (Qld), the Land Title Act 1994 (Qld), the Residential Tenancies Act 1994 (Qld) and the Retail Shop Leases Act 1994 (Qld)
