Available to all students who have passed Fr1001 or have an equivalent knowledge of French.
This subject is the continuation of FR1002. It is intended to develop further and strengthen the levels of proficiency acquired in first semester, so that students may competently read and understand, and accurately write and speak, basic French.
Learning Outcomes
- to take students to a level of minimum creative proficiency (approximately 1- on the ISLPR scale). Students will be able to write and talk about their leisure pursuits and their past and future activities, to perform tasks such as shopping and hiring a bicycle, and to read simplified authentic texts.
