This subject acquaints students with international and sub-regional transport modes, networks and patterns, passenger flows and regulation. There is a strong focus on aviation, airports, cruise shipping and surface transport. The subject also explores the roles of the Internet, reservations systems and emerging technologies in the tourism industry. This subject may include a field trip.
