This subject is designed to provide an overall introduction to the entrepreneurial context both from a theoretical perspective and practical application of its principles. Topics covered include: nature and importance of entrepreneurs; legal issues for entrepreneurs; the financial plan; venture capital; entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs; the marketing plan; sources of capital and legal forms of ownership; floating going public.
