This subject introduces more complex accounting issues including: accounting for financial statement elements; preparation of financial statement (such as cash flow statements) for sole traders and partnerships; and evaluation of the historic cost accounting system in the context of the Australian conceptual framework and alternative accounting systems.
Learning Outcomes
- exploration of more complex accounting issues in the context of the professional and regulatory accounting framework including analysis and reporting of components of financial statements; accounting for partnerships and sole traders; financial reporting issues; evaluation of the Historical Cost Accounting System.
