The subject is divided into three parts. The first covers goals, such as equity, efficiency and liberty. The second explores problems, such as symbols, causes, interests and decisions. The third examines solutions, such as inducements, rules and rights and powers. The subject is designed to cater to political science students and to students with an interest in public policy and its management.
