Available to level 2 and above Occupational Therapy students.

The subject will provide a minimum of 250 hours (seven weeks at 36 hours) of supervised clinical placement with flexible support from the University to integrate previously learnt material with new observations and practical clinical training. The placement will be either rural or urban and will enable the student to apply and utilise the theories and principles of occupational therapy in a variety of settings.Students may be required to undertake clinical placement in a facility away from the campus at which they are currently enrolled, at their own expense.

    Special Assessment Requirements:The student placement evaluation report must be passed. The learning plan, resource file, reflection and case study provide a university grade for this subject.
