Learning Outcomes
- appreciate what have been termed Waves of Social Change, and their impacts on the functioning of organisations;
- develop skills relevant to strategic management in each Wave of Change;
- develop an understanding of how the problem of devising competitive strategies relevant to each Wave of Change might be addressed simultaneously and progressively in organisations;
- develop an understanding of management and leadership skills and qualities that are relevant to organisations competing on the edge.
