This subject introduces students to legal frameworks within which business operates nationally and globally. Its content includes an overview of legal systems, laws of contract, consumer and creditor protection measures, legal aspects of property (both tangible and intangible and including intellectual property), payment systems, business entities, tortious liability, insurance and insolvency and bankruptcy.
