Available to LLB students. Quota applies with preference given to fourth and final year students and students with previous mooting experience.
Advanced research and analysis in a selected topic, development of skills in presenting oral arguments and preparation of written memorials setting out detailed legal arguments in relation to the Jessup International Law Moot Competition or other approved mooting competition.
Learning Outcomes
- development of students research, writing and oral presentation skills;
- to provide students with practical skills involved in research, preparation of legal argument, preparation of memorials and the art of legal advocacy.
