This subject is designed for those who have either completed Basic Japanese at JCU or have studied Japanese up to an HSC level.
Learning Outcomes
- to equip students with the skills necessary to seek and give advice; discuss hearsay; express aims and purpose; communicate successfully in reading and writing on the above topics; comprehend the main points of the story line in a film or TV drama; write summaries on the above; comprehend and construct sentences at a higher level of complexity than expected at a basic level, such as for example using embedded questions and the passive voice.
