This subject provides a pathway to further study in management and education at the diploma and degree levels. General principles of modern management are introduced to provide the student with a firm understanding of best management practice within modern business and develop skills for continued study aimed at professional and personal development. The art of good management, based on well developed managerial principles and practices, is examined in detail.
