A dissertation may be in one of two forms. It may be a research study involving gathering data, or a synthesis and critical review of literature, relating to an approved Education topic. A dissertation should be at least 10,000 words. Candidates must successfully complete a proposal before proceeding to a dissertation.

• To prepare a research study or a synthesis and critical review of literature relating to an approved Education topic.
