Postgraduate Diploma courses in geological disciplines require attendance at the same specialised coursework components and completion of an independent project, as for EA4101/EA4102 (Geology Honours), except that: a maximum of 6 units of approved undergraduate subjects may be included within the coursework component of the Diploma; the usual allocation is 6 units for the independent project and 18 units for the coursework component.
