A general introduction to the Australian legal system, a more detailed introduction to the law of contract and an introduction to the torts of negligence and negligent misstatement.
Learning Outcomes
- a brief introductory analysis of the Australian legal system; sources of law;
- a more detailed analysis of the fundamental principles of contract law, and of tortious principles generally, and the law of negligence and negligent misstatement more particularly;
- an evaluation and application of these concepts.
