Available to students enrolled in postgraduate studies in Occupational Therapy with recognised prior learning as approved by the Head of Occupational Therapy. Students must commence this subject in Semester 1.
The independent project will apply previously learned material and develop an original project based on individual enquiry in relation to allied health care or related service provision.
Learning Outcomes
- collect data demonstrating appropriate methodology;
- demonstrate the ability to report both orally and in written form;
- describe the project appropriate to the research question;
- identify a project and demonstrate the ability to formulate a research question for the provision of allied health care or related services;
- implement a trial of the proposed independent project.
