This subject analyses organisational development and change activities at the individual, group and organisational levels.
Learning Outcomes
- identify and analyse change activities at all levels of the organisation;
- to provide an understanding of the role and functions of organisational development;
- use an experiential learning approach to facilitate learning of theories and processes.
