This subject continues the study of integrated medical and social sciences for the whole human body. The emphasis is on integrating knowledge of clinical pathology with an approach to gathering and interpreting clinical information from patients. By the end of Year 4 the student will be expected to be able take patient histories, examine patients, seek relevant laborotory and imaging investigations and put this information together to determine what disease processes are and how they are experienced.

Special Assessment Requirements:Satisfactory attendance at community and clinical placements is a pre-requisite. Satisfactory completion of the Learning Portfolio is a pre-requisite. Must achieve a pass score in all assessments in order to progress.
