This subject examines the essential principles of corporate financial management in an integrated context. Emphasis is placed on the financial, economic and social environments in which the finance function operates, and on the application of finance concepts to the managerial decision-making process. This latter focus examines the role of finance in supporting the marketing, production and other functional areas of a business enterprise.
