This subject encourages an integrated view of classroom management including classroom planning and evaluation, especially curriculum development and long-term planning. Emphasis is also placed on behaviour management as a deliberate aspect of a teacher's classroom practice.
Learning Outcomes
- be capable of effective classroom planning, at both individual and collaborative levels;
- extend a personal theory of practice relating to the implementation of classroom management;
- understand research into the historical background and relevance of classroom planning.
