This includes topics such as Internetworking, IP addressing, network layer and transport layer protocols, sockets, domain name serving, applications layer protocols (SMTP, http, url, html) web browser and server technology, security and firewalls, scale and availability, web based databases, authentication, encryption and secure transfer, B2B architectures, case studies, business models.
