Learning Outcomes
- to develop a deeper comprehension of contract law in a commercial context through a detailed analysis of the Australian consumer protection regime and contractual concepts that relate to property rights, insurance, agency relationships, bankruptcy procedures, and dealings as a customer with banks and other financial institutions;
- to develop a deeper comprehension of contract law in a commercial context through an evaluation and application of these concepts.
