An advanced treatment of zoological concepts with emphasis on the biology of Australian vertebrates within a global context. Major topics include variation in distribution, abundance and behaviour of Australian vertebrates in space and time, using examples from behaviour, biogeography, ecophysiology, evolutionary ecology and seasonality.Guest lecturers will be brought in wherever possible, to lecture in their own field of expertise within the context of the subject.
