Available to students admitted to the Doctor of Psychology program.
The focus of this subject is on the development of additional knowledge and skills in the field of forensic psychology. Seminars will be conducted through a combination of traditional, video and audio-conference and internet formats. Topics will be based upon a basic core of readings on advanced forensic topics and topics of particular interest to individual students.
Learning Outcomes
- acquire knowledge and skills consistent with the ability to intervene with complex or less common disorders in forensic settings;
- demonstrate the ability to analyse the clinical literature and develop new skills or greater knowledge as a result.
